"You are not a member of the Administrator group" message

I just got a new 32GB iPod touch. Whenever I try and download an app I get this message "You are not a member of the Administrator group"

I have looked through iTunes to try and find a setting to switch but I have not been able to find one.

I Must be over age. This Mini was set up using my age (75) still no llove, must be an admin. Personally I,ll stay with windows 7 or 10

lllaass - this makes no sense when it pops up on an iPhone that is not connected to a windows computer. 😟
