restore iphone 4 error 1013 and 1611

hello
i restore my iphone 4 on itunes, but i always get the same error n sent to Recovery Mode, i hit restore again , itunes download the ios again , n still get the same error 1013 n 1611, then the Recovery Screen again.

How can i solve this problem? or i should take it to apple?

I have an iphone 4 in Brazil with this very issue and none of these procedures worked out. Not jailbroken or messed with at all. Solution here is to use the warranty and get a new one. I had people from apple here telling me that was the only solution. Any thoughts on why it didn't work (different country)?

i did try IREB , i did try deleted gs.apple.com .. it still doesn't work for me .. so what should i do next ?

I had an error 1013 when i wanted to restore my iPhone 4.
The tip with the # or deleting the total gs.apple.com line in host did it for me!
My phone is back and i am so happy!

GOT IT!

REMOVE THE GS line

AFTER THAT CLOSE ITUNES
AND MAKE SURE SKYPE IS CLOSED IT WONT WORK IT YOU hAVE SKYPE OPEN!
IT ONLY WORKED AFTER I CLOSED SKYPE
