How do i fix error 1013
can someone help me with this error i cant use my iphone now because its stuck in recovery mode all i can do is keep restoring an updating!

my iphone is stuck in recovery its plugged into my pc and on itunes it says iphone could not be restored error 1013 and all i can click is restore
I read a post suggesting software to kick the phone out of recovery mode, something like Recboot, but not sure exactly. Try and search, you should find it since it hasn't been that long ago.

Try TinyUmbrella to kick it out of recovery. You will find that 4.2.1 was installed and the phone works. Check everything, because it might be a corrupted install.
this is not working either i need to get this done soon because i need my phone tomorrow for work
ive tried the software that kicks it out all it does is makes it keep rebooting

I have update to iOS 4.2 and my iPhone showed 1013 error while updating looking for options, i'll call AppleCare Support in the morning.
Had to downgrade to 4.1 before kicking out of Recovery Mode
IOS 4.2.1 Has bricked my iPhone too, tried all the 1013 error "fixes" none of them have worked...

I had the same issue and I tried tiny umbrella but that wouldn't. I used a different mac to restore my iphone4 to 4.2.1 and that did the trick. Hope that helps!
i restored it on a mac instead of my pc and it worked
