How do i fix error 1013

can someone help me with this error i cant use my iphone now because its stuck in recovery mode all i can do is keep restoring an updating!

Asus, iPhone OS 3.1.3

There is now a fix for this on the other thread on this topic - just tried hashing out the line it mentions and it worked for me

I spent ages trying to figure this out.
Tried everything, nothing worked.

Want to know how I fixed it in the end?
I disabled my antivirus.
Worked fine.

Dont be an evil hacker and jailbreak your iPhone or modify your hosts file 🙂 that's how.
