myinfo.apple.com not responding

I can get on the Internet fine, but when I try to download a free copy of iBooks, it says that my account information needs to be updated and redirects me to myinfo.apple.com
I then get a message that the server stopped responding.
If I try to go to that page on my PC it also says that the server isn't responding.
What do I try next?

Same problem here. Just bought an iphone but my itunes account hasn't been used in a while.

Asks me to update my security info but can't sign into myinfo.apple.com. I've tried about 30 times in the last 24 hours at all times of day.

Highly frustrating as i can't begin to make the most out of the phone!

Dissapointed first customer to apple.

I was also having this problem, and still can't access the page. But signing up to post in this forum prompted me to update the info it was asking for without trying to access myinfo.apple.com. Now when I go back to the App Store it allows me to sign in.
