Printing Coupon from Coupons.com and Bricks

Ok so all of a sudden this morning printing coupons at both of these websites did not work. Every-time I goto either website it says I have to install the coupon printer. I have downloaded this before because I was able to print coupons before today. I tried using firefox, safari, and google chrome none of them worked. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the coupon printer and no luck. Anyone ever have this problem before when it all of a sudden stopped working? If so any help is much appreciated and Happy Holidays!!!

Well, if that is the case, it's also a Snow Leopard/Canon problem. Switching to 32 bit mode works around many, but not all of the problems, but it's still a pain in the neck.

Oh, I had hoped this would work. I followed your directions yalk but it didn't work.

Any other ideas? I was printing with Lion until just recently no problem.

Unfortunatly, no. I use the 32-bit mode and it works fine for most people. Try using Firefox or Chrome. Don't bother with support from coupons.com--they are useless.

I have Google Chrome downloaded on my Mac. Java is built into it and I have no problems printing my coupons from there. I hope this helps.

I have the exact same problem as you do along with the same printer. Did you even find a solution?
