ITUNES APP STORE WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD WITH EXISTING APPLE ID

Hey,

I've been trying to create a free itunes app store account. First I read the instructions in this link : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2534, but the link shows how to create a new account, the problem is that I already have a Apple ID.

On the other hand when I try to sign in in the app store with my existing Apple ID, I get the message "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes Store please review your account information" with two options "cancel" and "review".

Clicking in review, I go to the page with the terms of service, continuing I go to a page where I have to type my email, my password, question and answer for the password and my birth date. The email field has the email that is being used with my current Apple ID, and the password field has the password of my existing Apple ID. The other fields are blank. Completing them, and clicking in next I go to the payment options page, but there's no "none" option, so I can't make a account withou using a credit card.

Is there a way to create a itunes app store without a credit card with my existing apple ID, or a I have to create a new one ?

my apple id has not yet reviewed in itunes store so that redeem thingie is not working for me what shall i do 😟

You can't create an Apple ID without credit card information if you already done your Apple ID using another ways, like the Apple ID webpage or another kind of service like iCloud.

If you want to create an Apple ID without credit card, you'll have to click on any FREE APP, and when prompts you to enter your Apple ID, you choose CREATE APPLE ID. When creating the Apple ID doing this, the option in payment info "NONE"may be available.

Ps: YOU'LL ONLY BE ABLE TO SEE THIS OPTION IF CREATING THE APPLE ID BY CLICKING ON A FREE APP AND CHOOSING "CREATE APPLE ID". YOU CAN'T TURN YOUR EXISTING ACCOUNT ON A FREE ACCOUNT, YOU'LL HAVE TO CREATE A NEW ONE, USING ANOTHER EMAIL ADDRESS.

I had a lot of problems with this and what I have worked out is that the only way you get the NONE button to appear is by CLICK REDEEM (at the bottom of the page) instread of trying to login

I also jumped on the computer instead of doing it through the iphone bcoz it was getting annoying.

When you click Redeem login with your information and then select none for payment option.

I actully also went out and bought a itunes card $20 and typed in the code it also might work without it !

fill in the rest of the information and it should work!

When you go in the app store through your iphone it should work
