I too really want a sorting feature in Notes (on iOS AND OSX). Found this thread while searching to find out how to.
It's pretty basic stuff that should be there, in my opinion!

Do you realize using all caps is considered YELLING AND SCREAMING and is considered quite bad forum etiquette? Also, all caps is much more difficult to read.
