Just Updated New Epson Drivers (2011 01 13 - Software Update) - Error >HELP

Epson Perfection 3490 Photo scanner

Just updated the new Epson drives from Software Update today. Was able to scan before (6 days ago exact).

Now whenever I try to scan (the overview preview) generates an error seconds later:

*"Scanner Reported an Error"*
"An error occurred during scanning."

Tried everything...
• Using Preview.app
• tried hiding details
• changing save locations
• downloading official drivers from Epson website (ICA Scanner Driver v5.3.0 for Image Capture
Macintosh OS X (v10.6 - 10.6.x))
• unpluging then repluging all the connections

Nothing worked!

If anyone can help… I would greatly appreciate it!
