I can't find user/Library/Applications Support/AddressBook folder using Finder. I upgraded to Lion. I tried searching for the filename MailRecents-v4.abcdmr and could not find it either.
Outlook doesn't use that file; only Mail does.
Outlook should have its own set of databases in your Documents/Microsoft User Data/ folder.
Where are auto-complete addresses stored?
