buy a song from another country's itunes

I'm an American currently in Australia and I would like to buy a song that is not offered in the US itunes store but is for the Australian itunes store. I am trying to download it but itunes says it is unavailable to me. I am in Australia, so why can't I buy it from the Australian store? What can I do to fix this?

Exactly, and that's still unavailable.

Another problem: , I wanted to buy an album from one artist (Bob Blakeley ) to support him , not just to listen to his music ( most of it is already on youtube) but I couldn't.

That won't work, you have to be in a country (and have a billing address in that country on your account) to use its store, that includes both buying from the store and redeeming a gift from it
