Loose touchpad makes annoying clicking noises

I have problem from the day I purchased my macbook air.
It is on the left hand side of the trackpad button. It sounds like a "Tick" noise! Sounds like something mechanically is loose in it.
It is very annoying.
(Just Touching the button, not executing it! makes the noise)

Find a sheet of paper. Press the trackpad down into the clicking position, exposing a gap between it and the top case. Then simply insert the corner of the sheet of paper and pull it along the bottom edge of the trackpad once or twice. Done!

This quick fix also worked for me. The trackpad on my early-2013 rMBP just started doing this in the bottom-right corner today and became immediately annoying. One piece of paper later and the 'loose clicking' noise is gone. Thanks!
