My Itunes store is blank but my itunes is working

I've only noticed this just this past week. My itunes is working perfectly but whenever I go to the store, it goes blank. Sometimes it will load and you can see the website then when the bar hits the end (finishing loading) it goes blank again.

Can someone help please?

Mine is doing the same exact thing. I closed the program, opened it back up, did a cold boot, etc. with no results. I quite sure it's an iTunes issue.

Had the same problem as everyone else and per the suggestion to upgrade to 10.1.2 I did it and....ta daaaaa...I have access to Itunes store once again. For those who don't get the prompt to upgrade when opening Itunes, go to Help and Check For Updates and download it. it takes a good 15 minutes to download, but when you go back into Itunes it should work. Good luck to all.

Same problem (Using iTunes 9, since there is nothing in iTunes 10 that I care for)

This might be just a poorly handled bug (two weeks and no official response) or a glitch to force users to upgrade but some people are reporting this bug with the latest iTunes.

Luckily for me, I only buy a part of my music from iTunes anyway. So, I guess I'll take my business somewhere else in the meantime.

I have been having this problem of my Itunes store window going blank and have finally figured it out, thanks to a post I read on another site. It's a Parental Control issue. The store window used to work for me and I have never before done anything with the Parental Control preferences, so I don't understand why it all of a sudden changed. Here's the fix! Go under Edit - Preferences - Parental Control -Where it say's disable, check ITunes Store and then check Allow access to Itunes U. That did the trick for me, although checking the box in the disable section doesn't makes sense. I haven't tried to buy anything since from the store, so I'm not sure if that is going to be an issue, but give it a try and let me know!

I was in error when i assumed it was parental control! In the previous steps I had mentioned the only thing that it did was show me content on Itunes U which showed me what looked like educational books. What is funny though is that I can view that in the window just fine. You have to deselect Parental Options to get to the Itunes store which still goes blank.
