My Itunes store is blank but my itunes is working

I've only noticed this just this past week. My itunes is working perfectly but whenever I go to the store, it goes blank. Sometimes it will load and you can see the website then when the bar hits the end (finishing loading) it goes blank again.

Can someone help please?

Mine is doing the same exact thing. I closed the program, opened it back up, did a cold boot, etc. with no results. I quite sure it's an iTunes issue.

I have had this problem for the past couple of weeks. I could see the itunes store for a split second before the screen went blank. I thought I updated itunes, but apparently that didn't work. I ended up downloading the latest version of itunes from the mac website, and it is working perfectly now.

From the looks of all these messages, itunes store obviously went to the gutter days ago. I've been trying to go to the itunes store for over a week now. I was going to purchase an entire album the other night... hey Apple. How much money do ya'll want to lose? I'll start getting music from another vendor. GET ON IT. Fix your worthless crap store, because it's broken.

Cannot upgrade as it is a work PC and admin rights not on it any more for me

I thought it was something at my work but seems not from reading this!

I have the same problem, the store seems to be loading an appear for a second sometimes before showing a blank screen. I tried changing to another account and adding money to my current account, but I still have the same problem. I often visit the itunes store to look things up/download something so I am really annoyed right now.

No it won't wipe out your library, that isn't stored in iTunes. It is stored in the iTunes folder inside My Music.

I am having the same trouble with itunes and looking at this discussion thread it appears that Apple are ignoring the situation which if you have a look online appears to have been going on for sometime now. I will give it another go tomorrow but find this really frustrating that the itune store only opens up then quickly shuts itself down again

Guh mine is too! and i have a major college thing due wednesday and i need to download a song! this is very frustraiting as this is supposed to be the 'right' thing to do by legaly downloading! i did acidentaly switch my itunes store to the american one the otherday but when i signed in just then, it switched back to the irish one but its still only flashing up to home page very breafly! get on this apple!... i am not a happy camper...

My itunes isn't working either, and I've tried at least 10 times to install the new itunes. it gets almost all the way installed then it says "the feature is not there" or something and tells me to pick a different path to an itunes folder that is clearly there! but it says the folder isn't there? then says they can't uninstall the old itunes. wtffff I JUST WANT MY MUSIC

No, I am having the same issues now. I have Itunes 10 installed, have tried uninstalling and reinstalling itunes, deleting my app preferences, checked all my settings...I am stumped...and irritated!!

Hi there, I have removed and reinstalled iTunes five times already with the latest version. The results are still the same: a blank space where the iTunes Store display is supposed to be available. My other computer has it up and working; this one has Windows Vista and Norton Securities 2011 recently installed.
