I've only noticed this just this past week. My itunes is working perfectly but whenever I go to the store, it goes blank. Sometimes it will load and you can see the website then when the bar hits the end (finishing loading) it goes blank again.

Can someone help please?

Mine is doing the same exact thing. I closed the program, opened it back up, did a cold boot, etc. with no results. I quite sure it's an iTunes issue.

My itunes has been doing the same thing for the past week 1/2. My sister has been using my apple id and password to get onto the store on her ipod touch, but i didnt know if that had anything to do with it because shes been doing that for about a month now. but yes mine loads and the store flashes on and then goes off. my computer connection is just fine. Itunes help people say its probably internet or computer connection, but ive checked all of that and its fine!
    Someone HELP!

Same issue as the ones posted. I have not heard back from the email I sent to Apple yesterday. The other computer in my house functions perfectly.

Wow, am i glad that i am not the only one. Log on to Itunes, go to store and the window goes to blank white. If anyone hears from Apple as to what is going on, please let us know. Thanks.

I am also having this problem; the itunes stor will show for about a second and the screen will go blank. i can, however, purchase genius reccommendations.

I too am having the same problem. Last night and again today. My internet is working absolutely fine but when I try and log onto the itunes store it flashes up for a very brief second then goes blank. I have emailed apple. Has anybody resolved this problem yet or received a reply from apple.

I was able to solve the problem I had accessing Itunes Store this morning (first page loaded then it stuck. Unable to search etc.) by downloading and installing the latest version of Itunes. Hopes this helps some of you!

If I download the latest version of itunes, will this wipe out all the albums I have in my library though !

Thank goodness it is not only me. I thought it was my computer or internet as well. If it is happening to more than me, I will just wait until fixed, hopefully soon. If anyone finds a fix for the website please post.

I am also having the same problem which seems to have just started to happen recently! I hope this has nothing to do, with the article I had heard about several weeks ago, of accounts being stolen from China!

I havent had a problem until this morning, it shows 4 uodates to software I have but wont download them, then I try to download an APP and it says it "cannot connect to itunes store" with no other error or codes. I tried to restart my phone but nothing changed.

Thought it was me. Same problem, all day. A few seconds of the store home page, then blank. I dutifully pay for all my downloads, but I might rethink this if Apple can't get their game on. I agree wholeheartedly with the posters here who would like Apple to at least comment on this glitch, instead of getting under the bed.

I just wanted to add my name as someone who is having the same problem for almost a week now. i-tunes store does work on my netbook now. I wondered if I purchased a song on that if I can access it on my house PC?

I do hope Apple says something soon & not just ignore our messages.

    Cindy
