Google Maps Reloading Images even after completed

Hi, my Maps on iPad 64GB #G + Wifi is acting strange. It keeps reloading images from maps even after it has been loaded infinitely.

I've made a video of what's happening.

anyone knows what's causing this?

Macbook Pro 15, Mac OS X (10.6.6), Windows 7 Boot Camp

Only tried on iPhone 4. I don't have an iPad to test. =[
