Fritterdog, read your post. Is there an actual number to call for help trying to get imac to connect with ako. I'd like to get the windows computer off my desk. But am having trouble gettting logged into ako. Thx.
@Fritterdog,
I can't even get to the welcome screen on AKO, I just bought a new computer in part because I wanted to be able to check my AKO while I'm not in the office. Do you know why it won't even load the first screen?
Here is an algoritm for remember a long password.
make up a sentence.
The little green men came form Mars on Farm Road 1 in region 5.
Taking the first letter of each word, your password would be
TlgmcfMoFR1ir5
I'd write down the password & place it in a secure place.

You can run Windows on an Intel Mac.
Don't miss the free VirtualBox.
"VirtualBox is a general-purpose full virtualizer for x86 hardware. " Runs Windows on Mac OS.

The problem with AKO from what I see and experience is that AKO is designed for IE/Windows. If security is the sticking point then, Windows OS is definitely NOT the way to go as far as AKO is concerned. Apple OS security is 100x better than Windows and, Apple has also made it easier for their users to regain most of their Windows access through Boot Camp while retaining the benefits of Apple security. C'mon Army, lets get with the program !
Their website is cluttered and not simple but that's our only option and, the Army knows this. :-(
You are responding to a thread that was last updated over a year and a half ago. Probably time to let it die and find a more appropriate venue for airing these complaints.
LOL !!! **** shame....all that time has transpired and AKO hasn't improved.

I sympathize. And don't give up airing your complaints. Just not here where it will likely not do any good.
