Annoying SAFARI's "Auto Page Refresh!!"

Helo folks

When you use multipages on safari app, and go from one to the already opened other but held , you get a unasked refresh page! Helo? Im not watching a match to know the results by minutes, nor waiting for breaking news to be updated!

Its very annoying, especially when wifi is offline and i open several pages to view them after a while and when i open safari and open the pages, it will directly refresh but there is no wifi so it goes Blank !

How can I make this annoying thing stop?

As of OS8.1, this does not fix the problem on an iPad 2. I am now hopping pages, and others are refreshing as I go to them. However, I plan to try the other mentioned browser options, as they seem to do what I want, which is NOT refresh a page when I go to that tab.
