Home Sharing drop out with Apple TV2

Just did the updates for i-tunes (10.2.1), ATV2 (4.2), and Ipad (4.3). And what I'm getting is when I stream from the computer using the ipad remote app, music starts then just stops. I go to ATV settings and turn airplay off then back on, then the music start again. Then goes out again. But if I just use the ATV, music, photos, YouTube, movies, etc.. everything works fine. It just when I stream. ATV show strong WI-FI signal. Never had any issues until I did the updates. Tried rebooting ATV, did a restart on the computer. NO GO. I'm thinking it's a home sharing issue but I don't really know. Has anyone else having any problems since the new updates? Or any ideas on what I should try. Any help would be great...
Thanks

Forgive my ignorance, but what is the connection between Home Sharing and Airplay, if any? I have had trouble with Airplay dropouts and disconnections over a wireless network. I have overcome them by connecting the ATV to the router via ethernet. My PC is connected wirelessly. With this configuration I also did not experience problems watching videos from the PC.

Recently, when I was having other network problems, I plugged a separate WAP into the router. I found that, while I was connected to my network via that WAP, the Airplay connection would drop out after an hour or so. I had to reset the wireless connection from the PC to the WAP to get it to work again. I also had problems with the remote apps on iPhone and iPad and sending content from an iPad to the ATV. The connection would fail after about 7 or 8 minutes.

It then occurred to me that this configuration might be a problem and I restarted the wireless feature of the modem/router and connected my PC to it. Since then, I have had no problems with Airplay dropping out. The remote apps have also worked much better and more often.

Are these different symptoms of the same problem or different problems?

Same problem here - home sharing seems to be working very well now, no dropouts today (2 120min+ plus movies), but now got an error message that "Trailers Are Not Available. Please Try Again Later." Also in the UK.

Bit gutted that after a full day of dropouts yesterday, this is now sorted and another issue just crops up in it's place.

Well, Just come to turn my ATV on after it's been sleeping for 3 hours and guess what....

IT CANNOT CONNECT TO HOME SHARING!!!!

Usual reboot iTunes a few times and all good again.

Everything in the chain is Mac. Worked fine before the initail 5 update.

Looks like I will have to keep my ATV from sleeping again in order to maintain the connection.

For me this update has not fixed sharing and has has broken Trailers on all my ATVs...
