How strange that yours went from Oakland to Memphis and then back to Los Angeles! Mine is out for delivery today too! 5 days earlier than original delivery date, 1 day earlier than revised delivery date - (15 days after ordering)
I ordered my iPad 2 on June 16th and they gave me a delievery date of June 28 - July 7. I hope it comes sooner than that! Last I checked it still had not shipped and most likely has'nt been put together yet.

Just adding to the conversation. 🙂 Judging by the dates everyone is getting their orders I might receive mine around the 1st of July then. But I'm not stressing. They all come someday, sooner or later!

Ours are coming on the same plane 🙂! Mine was also in Chengdu, China at 6am. I'm in Ontario, Los Angeles, UPS scheduled the delivery time to Friday, June 24th.
Make that three coming on the same plane which is now in Chengdu, China, 6AM, 6/21 (China time). I ordered my iPad on 6/11 with an original delivery date of 7/1, which was then changed to 7/5. I could possibly get it on 6/24 but I don't have any info telling me about any scheduled delivery time. Thanks for sharing your info.

I have just come on here to be miserable - ordered a Black wifi only 64GB, engraved on June 7th to be sent to the UK.
Ships earlier than expected on June 16th....but then I notice it has been sent by the dreaded "Syncreon Technology"... and also the words Merge in Transit are tagged on (I ordered a cover while I was at it).....now the delivery date has been pushed back from 27th June to 29th June...
Gutted I can't track it - I was looking forward to that bit!
Make that 4. My WiFi 32GB Black iPad 2 'departed' from Chengdu, China at 6:00 A.M. 6/21/2011. Has anyone whose iPad departed at this time had any tracking updates since? My delivery day has disappeared and I am a little worried because I am going out of town on Monday.
5 it is. I too ordered a 16gb ipad 2 and it also "departed" from Chengdu on 6/21 at 6:00am. Since then, there hasnt been any tracking updates for me either. I read previously in this post that something like this has happened before, and the next update they received was when it hit either Alaska or their own city. Hopefully our tracking is updated soon. Good luck to everyone haha the suspense is a killer.
Make that 6. I order mine June 11 and it says departed from Chengdu on 6/21 at 6:00 am. I haven't gotten any updates since then. Originally it said it would arrive on thursday 6/23. I'm hoping that's so but I guess I just wait and see.
