iPad 2 Shipping

It seems a lot of folks have their iPads going from HK to Alaska. Perhaps it's the destination that matters, but mine just went from HK to MEMPHIS, TN in 24 hours, no Alaska. (Arrived in HK yesterday and TN today.) I'm on the east coast, so that may be the reason.

Mine's been shipped now!

Could be. Or could be fedex is just shady. I've seen people on the east coast with it go through alaska. Apparently mine is still in Alaska for a day now. I ordered mine and I live in Iowa and mine says not till the 22nd. Sadly I believe that's gonna be true but I can cross my fingers and hope it gets here sooner

How is that possible??? You ordered @ 1PM EST on launch day? I ordered @ 9AM EST on launch day and mine still says NOT YET SHIPPED.

This is what frustates me about Apple. No consistency. Here's someone who ordered 4 hours AFTER me and it gets shipped and mine hasn't shipped yet! Grr!!

More reasons ipad2 may continue to be hard to get.

Mine has finally shipped. Its in CN on it's way to Lantau Island. The arrival date changed from the 23rd to 24th.

My cover will be here today. I'm in CA and it went the CN route to Alaska to Memphis. It arrived in Burbank this morning so I will have it today.

benny386: i have the same model/cover + engraving and my order still says 'in transit' on the tracking website in AK. im also in florida and due to be scheduled today. this is not good.

I feel your pain buddy! I ordered mine on launch day at 8:48am EST, still not shipped!

Mine is beginning to sound like a rock band tour schedule of Asia:

Mine was shipped from SHENZHEN CN on March 15 and, according to the FedEx site, is still LANTAU ISLAND HK.

But wait, the Yahoo FedEx site says it has left Shenzhen, went to TA YUAN HSIANG, Taiwan, and now is on the ramp at SENNAN-SHI, Japan. So, the IPad -2 Asian tour continues.
