Anyone else experiecing a delay at "The Island"? Must be the same island they used on the show LOST

I think yours must be with mine because a few of the times at iPad island are the same. I'm hoping they're on this flight thats over the pacific right now....

I check my order status once each day, mainly to make sure it hasn't been canceled. My ship date is April 11, and I'm going to use the waiting time to earn some extra money so the charge on my credit card won't hurt so much when the iPad finally ships!

I've been keeping up on this discussion and believe our orders to be on the exact same shipment -- the time stamps are EXACTLY the same all the way up to Sennan-shi.

Just thought you and the 3 or 4 others with identical time stamps would like to know our shipments were just scanned at the Anchorage sort facility 16 minutes ago, as of this posting.

(I ordered 32gig, black, engraved, wifi-only)

My 64g white at&t just got updated in the last five minutes to show it arriving in alaska. It was down for delivery by 4.30 on 22nd but it has been changed to by 4.30 on the 23rd. Shame on Apple for saying FAST FREE SHIPPING.

Fast free shipping (aka International Economy) means no movement over the weekend. Perhaps tomorrow evening since it will be Monday in Lantau Island. Or perhaps not, judging from other stays in this resort area.

Good news maybe for others. I ordered 8:30am est 5:30 pst and my order just changed to prepared for shipping. May actually see mine this week.

My 64gb black wifi engraved just showed up in alaska. the fedex.com tracking had it in lantau the entire time, but that yahoo business one showed different.

Interesting. Ours arrived at anchorage at the same time, though yours arrived at Lantau a day AFTER mine. 5 minutes ago as of this posting, mine was just released for international shipment, and is still on schedule for a 3/22-4:30 delivery...

I wonder why/how that is...

Ours is together as well. EXACT same time stamps all the way through (with the exception of the Int'l shipment release, mine shows 12:43)

Here's to 3/22-by 4:30!

Still hanging out in Japan. I checked the FedEx website and although it says Western Japan is ok, Shennan-shi is in the SouthEast near Osaka....

Hey don't fret man, all's well in Sennan-shi. Mine shipped out of there at 22:14 on 3/19 and was there for 22 hours. I had the same fears as you but mine finally arrived in Alaska just past noon today (10 hours "before" it left Sennan-shi, crazy time zones!)

The two things I'm slightly worried about is any delay in Sennan and also I've read on here a few folks who've said once it's processed in Alaska, the delivery date is adjusted and delayed by a day. I'm heading out to Australia for two months starting on the 25th (scheduled delivery is the 23rd). It's been a LONG journey with this iPad2, after having Apple accidentally cancel my order, and then wait THREE times in line for 4 hrs each (twice in the front of the line) and still not get one! Ack!
