Hi ... can anyone advise where on Itunes Store is the menu showing authorise computer. Am currently trying to sync my iphone 3GS to a new PC.........

You just try and connect to it, then it will say that this computer is not autorized, then you sign in and it will authorize it. There is a max limit of 5 computers per itunes account. You can deauthorize computers if you sign in to your account in iTunes.
