Everytime i try to drag and drop music from my desktop onto the music area in itunes for my iphone ...it has this Black Cross-out sign it won't let me add any music to anywhere in itunes by dragging and dropping it...Before it let me do it!

I don't even have the option to manually add music and videos. It just says manually add videos. I'm starting to really get irritated because I can't even add what I want to my iphone and this is getting ridiculous. First I got rid of Spotify because I had a bad experience with them and now I'm getting frustrated with itunes.
