I would not go calling people a liar, before doing some research, the Samsung Series 7 XE700T1A is a full operating system... I sent you the link below. lamo...I just happen to mention because I have very high standards and the Samsung slate really impressed me...FYI, I have the iPad 1 and 3...Alienware Aurora ALX custom, HP Pavilion Elite T480 and iMac...All my computers and gadgets are less than 2 years old...I am a serious gamer and very much into technology not only computers and tablets...Most of the time I fix my own stuff, I know iPad have no flash player...Before I bought the 1st one I did a lot of research...Adobe did not get into bed with Apple yet, because Apple wants a lot of money from Adobe...Every thing I use from Adobe is for free, I hope you do not have a problem with free stuff, because we already pay a lot for our toys...Nothing is perfect...I like to push all my technology to the limit they do not come cheap, so I am entitled...Do not go blind threw life with a mantra without trying to the fullest and opening your big mouth to talk about, what you do not know...lmao

Unfortunately, iPad is not an operating system, more a browser with cute apps...I use the iPad mostly for fun, reading and playing some games...I use the new Samsung serie 7 slate for work, since is a full operating system

If you are going to use terms like "operating system" when discussing computers, make sure you clarify what you are talking about.

Of course the iPad is an "operating system" (fully functional system of hardware/software). It may not operate in the manner you wish it to but it is fully functional.

Even just a "browser with cute apps" is an "operating" (fully functional) system.

Here it goes, the Samsung has Window 7 x64 Home Premium Operating System (Software), also the hardware is not Samsung... I did not want to write the name of the operating system, now I will be accused of advertisement...LMAO I am not the one getting touchy about a computer company, since I do not own them, and do not care...By the way, Samsung hates me because of some bad reviews I wrote about one of their TV, that I happened to buy...But I must say I have nothing to complaint...This remind me the disagreement, between fanboys, of Nvidia or ATI GPU cards...Really funny...More you write more I laugh...LMAO

Also if they are stealing each others technology does not affect me, I do not care...It is like thinking about the first car invented, now we have so many copies of copies of different cars...It is double funny...hahaha

iSwifter App, a web browser, will play Flash content from web sites on the iPad. . Splashtop app that puts your computer on the iPad is another way to watch flash on your iPad since it mirrors your computer. It's unfortunate that there are so many comments on here that support the iPad in all of its non-glory but do not give an answer to the question.

Windows 8 Flash support is a key win for Adobe in its battle to keep Flash content alive and Microsoft's choice to integrate the technology into Windows 8 is a clear u-turn from its previous stance. The fact updates will be distributed by Windows Update is also a rarity for non-Microsoft software. Although some features in the Metro implementation have been dropped to better support touch devices, it will be interesting to see whether Microsoft plans to use its Flash support as a marketing weapon when Windows 8 is available later this year.

The iPad will lose out in the end if it doesn't incorporate flash now that Windows 8 flash is about to arrive on tablets. iPad would be great if it only had flash but it never will so I wait for the Windows 8 tablets as my next purchase. It's too frustrating trying to use the iPad without flash so I barely use it anymore.
