Other great comments from those buying an Asus or other tablet and saying Flash runs so well on it. Flash is proprietary software?!?!?!? Actually, it's the opposite. Creating a piece of software that can run on different platforms and a multitude of devices is the polar opposite of your statement. By that logic every 3rd party software company that runs on "most" platforms has "proprietary" software.
A year from now this thread won't even matter anyway. HTML 5 will have made major crossroads into every part of the web.
If it is not proprietary please send me a link to the public source code, thank you.
OK technically it is proprietary because it's a license piece of software but not in the context used above. The inference was that Flash was proprietary in the same sense as an Apple IOS device not being "open" like other devices. Flash is available to many platforms and devices.
