Unfortunately, Flash is not supported on any iOS device. The mobile version Flash has been discontinued and is no longer being supported by Adobe itself. Flash belongs on computers, not on mobile devices. The perfomance of Flash on Android devices has been bad. It's very slow, and causes the processor to work harder than it should, and causes the battery to drain faster. The late Steve Jobs had an article called "Thoughts on Flash", that you should be able to find here. Adobe has been unsucessful in making Flash work well on mobile devices, and for this reason, we'll never see any verison of Flash on any iOS device (iPad, iPod Touch, iPhone), in the foreseeable future.
