iTunes freezes when syncing my iPad!

Since I did the updates of iTunes to 10.2.2 and iPad iOS update to 4.3.2 Saturday all went to pieces.

My iPad cannot sync with my Windows 7 PC no more. iTunes freezes all the time at "preparing to sync apps"...

I have re-installed iTunes already four times. Reset iPad as well and still no luck!

What is the solution?

iPad, iOS 4.3.2, Windows 7 PC

I'm having the exact same problem. No problems with syncing iPhone 4s but as soon as I try and sync my brand new iPad it freezes iTunes and my whole computer.

Have tried

Have redown loaded iTunes.

Updates everything.

Got rid of iPod picture folder.

Turned off wireless.

But still nothing. After paying $890 kinda wanted it to work.
