How do I upload a song from itunes to garage band on my ipad?

Yes I do I even try clicking the Garageband app and nothing. I mean everything is up to date with the software but it wont allow me to scroll down. Its crazy

is their something wrong with this?

I mean I got apps but file sharing is not shown all..sorry about that

what should I do from their?
