trying to update apps but invalid address keeps popping up

I have tried every available route to solve the "invalid address" problem

i have had the same credit card and billing info for years

every single detail matches bank info.

stuck in a circle

after considering everything:

this must have to do with the latest update on my iphone. 4.3.3

ever since i made the update. i have had the "invalid address problem"

my girlfriend has the same iphone4 and we are on the same plan. yet she hasnt made the update yet.

She is downloading apps at this very moment while I sit here frustrated waiting for Apple to get off their ***** 🙂

I have been having the same issue and have done everything, still no success! If anyone else has anything new and different or if someone from apple can PLEASE FIX THIS that would be wonderful!

I am having the exact same problem on my iPhone and iPad - not able to update or download as invalid address keeps popping up. I have tried changing everything and nothing has worked. I don't understand how something just all of a sudden doesn't work. Where is the Apple support? Has anyone heard from them? I just sent them a note today so have to wait 24 hours. Just feeling so frustrated!

i am positive they are scrambling round to fix it...plus the weekend......fun

so i was trying to verify my address that is listed on my credit card statement..

verification did not work because here in Hawaii we don't get mail service for a lot of residential and some business addresses... this i see as a problem with apple

i will change my address that is listed with my bank to my po box instead

i am positive that it will fix the problem

Make sure your address is typed correctly. For example mine was 4716 sth 4th ave. changed it to 4716 s 4th ave. worked just fine. they are validating addresses differently now.

Megan, I wil definitely send out a post as soon as I hear back from apple. If I don't hear by Tuesday I'll be making some phone calls :) this is absolutely ridiculous!

I have called. I have mailed. And I just got a reply. They didn't help. It may be that I dont use a CC, so I can get it verified by a CC. I have replied back. Hopefully I'll have positive results. I promise to post if somethig works

Try to use an address verification on the Internet.

If it does not recognize it then apple wont recognize it.

If you have a fake address. It won't recognize it

I'm using my business address as my billing address. Yet for some reason it can't be found using an address verification check. I have to go to my bank and change my billing address to my Po

Box. Here in Hawaii, alot of residential addresses don't get mail.

I think this is the main problem for most if us getting the ever so annoying
