Can Not upload files from iPad to Content management sites?

still you can not Uploading files on the IPad to CM sites... because "Choose file" is grayed out in Moodle or any other web based content management site I use. If it's absolutely not possible I need to be going another route. No file systems means this iPad can't do simple web based tasks. Please no post on how to attach to iPad apps. I need to upload or attach files on my iPad to a web based email account or to a content management site. After a year of waiting for apple to make this more than a content viewing tool im finally getting ready to move on.

iPad, iOS 4.3.2

Lol, iuploader worked fine right out of the box, why would I waste any more time on icab, since I have purchased it I suppose I will get back round to it sometime, but honestly just go with iuploader , just want to frigging upload resumes man, I am dumbfounded that Apple is this ********. Linux/android are the future, just a matter of waiting till I need to upgrade tablets. Sorry apple, give your heads a shake maybe you can head off the coming storm.

Iuploader doesnt work with kijiji. If you get the email sent to you as well, you can see that your file was never attached to the email sent thru kijiji with iuploader.

Still looking for a way to upload my resume with kijiji. Im guessing it might be on their end because none of the browsers or their iphone app have successfully uploaded and sent a file.

Thanks for this solution, I had trouble uploading a .pdf document to shopify files using icabmobile, tried various browser identifications but when I changed the browserid to internet explorer 10 (windows RT) it suddenly offered me the file options.

Don't give up on icabmobile for uploading files to a web site until you have tried the solution as explained by James earlier in this thread.
