After iphone 4 4.3.3 update wifi not working

My iphone 4 been running on 4.3.1 smoothly until I upgraded my software to 4.3.3 this week.

I cannot connect to my wifi(apple timecapsule) all my other devices still running 4.3.1 can connect.

Reading the forums, I did the following.

1. Reset all network settings-did not work

2. Hard reset-did not work

3. Restore and setup new phone without restoring backup to 4.3.3-did not work

4. Trying to downgrade to 4.3.1 did not work as itunes ays that its not eligalbe for this build after going into DFU mode.

The bad for me is I never jailbreak any device and still going a legit route i now only have a 3G working.

Is this a confirmed bug?

If anyone has the same issue but solved let me know.

I have the same problem, I upgraded my iPhone 4 to 4.3.3 and now my wifi isn't working. I tried resetting network settings and that didn't work either. I upgraded my iPad 2 to 4.3.3 and the wifi works fine.

I thought i had the same problem but apparently i found out the problem is the setting in the router. My best guess is that u try to resolve the problem in the router setting first because most office router setting, they tend to limit the IP go inside the their network. what you might want to do is once your techie guy in the office allow your ip to come in, u refresh your network and it should be back alive to normal. my guess probably when u download the update all their IP is reset thus it is becoming unrecognizable and got to do a few setting before it came back normal. Good Luck...

I have an iPhone 3GS. Upgraded my software over the weekend to 4.3.3. Now I can no longer receive emails from work, my calendar, or contacts. This totally shuts me down once I leave my office. I called AT&T (not us), I called my IT guys (not us), and now its Apple's turn. If I can resolve, will post results. Otherwise, HTC here I come.

Eureka thats the problem

The iOS 4.3.2 and 4.3.3 for iphone is not compatible with the firmware 7.5.2 for apple airport extreme and time capsule. If the WiFi router is an apple airport with firmware 7.5.2 an iphone with the updated firmware will not be able to detect and connect to the WiFi network.

Solution The iphone firmware can not be downgraded, the airport firmware has to be downgraded

1) Make sure that the settings of your Airport Extreme are in mixed a/b/n mode

2) Open Airport Utility

3) Select Upload Firmware from the BaseStation menu

4) If you current version is 7.5.2, click Upload Firmware

5) Select 7.5.1 from the pop up menu

6) Restore Firmware

Now the WiFi network is detected and connected perfectly as before upgrading the iphone to 4.3.3.

Let me just add another person with problems. My iPhone does find my Wifi network after a hard reset but loses the connection very quick after. Never had this problem until upgrade to 4.3.3. None of the presented "solutions" work for me.

So, let me ask, who within in Apple did write this code and for what reason ........? Yes, someone did write this code and the person works within Apple.

I just got my iPhone 4 and iOS 4.3.3 working with my Time Capsule 7.5.2 wifi this way:

1. In Airport Utility on Mac, save your Time Capsule configuration by using menu File -> Export Configuration File...

2. Have your Time Capsule restored to default settings by using menu Base Station -> Restore Default Settings...

3. Restore your saved settings by using menu File -> Import Configuration Settings... and use your exported settings.

After trying all the other options listed in this thread and many others, this is the only one that worked for me.
