After iphone 4 4.3.3 update wifi not working

My iphone 4 been running on 4.3.1 smoothly until I upgraded my software to 4.3.3 this week.

I cannot connect to my wifi(apple timecapsule) all my other devices still running 4.3.1 can connect.

Reading the forums, I did the following.

1. Reset all network settings-did not work

2. Hard reset-did not work

3. Restore and setup new phone without restoring backup to 4.3.3-did not work

4. Trying to downgrade to 4.3.1 did not work as itunes ays that its not eligalbe for this build after going into DFU mode.

The bad for me is I never jailbreak any device and still going a legit route i now only have a 3G working.

Is this a confirmed bug?

If anyone has the same issue but solved let me know.

I have the same problem, I upgraded my iPhone 4 to 4.3.3 and now my wifi isn't working. I tried resetting network settings and that didn't work either. I upgraded my iPad 2 to 4.3.3 and the wifi works fine.

I left my iPad 3g alone for almost a year. Set it up when it first came out, and added apps through the app store. After a hellacious 18 hour update/ backup I was on 4.3.3. Now, the unit is useless to me. I can't connect to the net, can't connect via 3g (which I never use). I did a hard reset, I did a restore and the problem persists.

Thank God I didn't upgrade my iPhone. This is a really bad release for Apple. 4.3.4 cannot come fast enough!

I have facing issue with the Mail after I update the latest version 4.3.3.

- Not refreshing properly,

- the unread message count is wrong,

- could not reply the email from iPhone as it could not load the message content while reply.

- Not Pushing the data properly

The latest update screwed up the mail options royally.

This issue happens both with WiFi and 3G.

Same issues on an iPad 1 - WiFi/3G.

After updating to 4.3.3, no wifi - have tried:
- Turning WiFi off, then on
- Renewing the lease to the network
- Manually entering all IP address details
- Forgetting the network, rejoining then performing all of the above again
- Erasing, restoring, then performing the above again
- Erasing and not restoring (clean install) and performing the above again

Just spent 38mins on the phone to Apple doing most of the above all over again. In the end, the guy told me to look for a third-party way to go back to 4.3.2 - unbelievable!

BTW, to me it looks like the ipad is self assigning it's own IP address of: 169.254.6.198

I've seen that same address (or a very similar one) at work when Macs can't connect to a network - they self assign themselves an IP address.

We have another iPad, two iPhones (neither is on 4.3.3) and two Macbook's connected to the same Airport base station network - so I'm sure it's not the network.
