I'm planning to get an ipad 2. But I want to make sure that I can view my online class offline. It uses microsoft silverlight plug-in. Has somebody done this before? Thanks.

So, does this mean that, now that Adobe has discontinued Flash for mobile devices, instead of year long threads filled with people extolling Flash, there are now going to be interminable threads about Silverlight? At least it might get me off the hook. I said if the one Flash thread lasted two years, I'd have a real life party and invite everyone for beer.
"measly less than 10%" -- now that type of thinking is VERY Apple. Some companies want to gain market share by NOT excluding features, other's don't - they want complete "control" ... that IS Apple.
History has dictated time and time and time again, that "control" fails ... but hey, ignorance is bliss right?
Meg St._Clair,
So the fact that there are so many threads about SL and about Flash and why they don't work on iPad didn't trigger anything else ... just all these people are "stupid" for wanting SL and Flash support?
Here is an alternative concept, Apple supports SL and Flash ... why? Because so many people that buy their products want to use SL and Flash ... hence "year long threads".
Just sayin'

Please cite the post in which I refered to anyone as "stupid". Until you can, do not attributed sentiments to me that I have NEVER expressed.
