"Invalid Address Tap Continue to sign in" Error Please help

Hello, I was just going to download an app from the app store and It asked me for my Apple password as it normally does, I put it in and then a notification popped up saying "Invalid Address Tap Continue to sign in" If i Tap continue it takes me to my account information.

I havent used a credit card on my ipod ever, so in it's feild it says none.

My name, address is all correct, as well as my phone number, my county and area within that county is correct too, what could be wrong?
