How do I turn off voice control?

Hey I had this problem.

This may be a weird way to go round it but I bought a new iphone flip case (Griffin elan passport wallet case for iphone4/4s) that opens from the side. I then cut open the material at the bottom to remove the small metal button which allows you to press the home button easily and now I have no problems with voice control going off anywhere, whether it's in a bag or my pocket. The down side is that you now have to press a bit harder for the home button and when you type, the edges of the case are close to the edges of the screen but I got use to it fine in the end. If my iphone is safe, scratch free, and doesnt have a chance of screwing with voice control EVER, then I'm happy.

Is anyone found here how to disable or off this ?..

Apple, you are complacent.

I LOCKED MY PHONE.

There should be NO way for me to access anyting and/or have it beeping at me through my pocket (even on silent). You can count the buttons on an iphone with 1 hand, why is it they aren't ALL LOCKED when I lock my phone?? This is beyond reason.

The blue screen 'Voice Control' that pops even when the phone is locked, needs to be fixed.

Never again.

The only way i have found is to put you r things on iCloud and then reset your phone

Randomly calling people at 4 a.m. could get me into trouble - thanks for that Apple.

I turned off Siri, Facetime, VoiceOver Voice Dial and Nothing turns off Voice Control!! It makes random phone calls,plays music, tries to send messages, causing all sorts of problems! Please Help!
