Error 1004 iOS 4.3.3 downloading App Store

Hi, I get error 1004 when I want to download from the App Store! This problem started in 4.3.2, thats why I updated my iPhone to 4.3.3. The problem still excist! Please help me what to do! My iPhone is just 4 weeks old (I did get a new one becouse my on/off button was stuck).

Language is dutch, the translation is: Error 1004, try again later.

Resetting all my settings worked for me! Thanks for the help.

I cleared cookies, cache and history from Safari settings, turned the iPad off and on, and the error message disappeared and I was able to download apps.

For my iPod touch this worked and nothing else anyone said did. Thank you finally!

I received the same ERROR 1004... I went to my "Settings" and reset my current date and time, and the problem was resolved. Try this and hopefully the problem will correct itself. I just simply clicked on the "TAB" that says "SET AUTOMATICALLY". I clicked it "ON", then "OFF".
