It's the same for me here in Spain, also over 3G and wifi, but i don't think it's related with my Apple I'd as it let's me buy apps from my laptop without any problems.

Could it be related to any kind of baseband authentication as this update was preventing security breaches (Aka Jailbreak)?

It's a pain in the *** that we can't download apps, as I've been traveling without laptop and I couldn't do anything about it >:-(

I hope Apple answers soon, what a ****** update 4.3.3 was.

Ok I think it’s really a nasty bug in iOS 4.*. If I change the clock to AM/PM (turn off 24h) I can update an app once. Then I have to turn it on again to download another app and repeat this.

** PLEASE APPLE, SOLVE THIS ISSUE! **

Please confirm if this also works for you? I think it has something to do with apple's timeservers not working correctly.
