my iphone battery won't charge

It could also be the cable. Long shot, but if you have another, that would help rule out things. First things to check are the ports and connectors on the phone, cable and charger for dirt or bent pins.

Hard Reset, hold at same time Home and Power buttons for about 15 seconds until iPhone turns off by itself and then restarts. This will reset the battery, it may already be fully charged.

I have the same issue

Tried a different cord and charger and now itunes doesn't see the phone, the mac does (as I can see the phone in the "about this mac")

the phone is currently charging on my mac but Itunes doesn't see it and everynow and then the phone chirps and goes out of charge mode

Tried trouble shooting steps found online wich more or less were "restart"

I've opened a case and will let ya know - i think its a firmware or hardware issue on the phone

I have the same problem. Suddenly, yesterday, it stopped charging. I tried connecting the phone to iTunes and iTunes does not find or connect to the device. The hard reset did not fix it. I have tried multiple cords, plugs and chargers - all to no avail. Anyone with an answer? My phone is is only 3 months old.
