delete wrong apple ID from the appstore login

when I try to update my apps on the ipad the box that pops up has the wrong apple ID in it and I can not change it no matter what I do. I have re set the info in the settings and when viewed there the info is correct. When I get into the app store I still get the wrong ID no matter what I do... anyone have any suggestions

No. This is a kluge; not an answer, fix, or solution. The iOS devices have no internal method to determine which apps are associated with which account, or allow you uninstall/replace those unassociated apps aside from doing it one at a time. That, to me, is unacceptable. Installing iTunes (crap), syncing my iOS device (unnecessary), and individually viewing details for each app (tedious) is not an acceptable response to this issue. So until there's an actual fix and not this silly hack the issue is unresolved.

Wow, your attitude *****. It is not a kluge, it is a place where that information resides whether you like it or not. It is not a hack, it is a normal process that people who have some concept of how iTunes works, know. Get Info is commonly used in Apple Mac apps, like Photos and iTunes.


If you downloaded apps from two different Apple IDs then that is your problem. If you don't want to use the method that is available, then that also is your problem.
