how to start FCS

Dear All,

I purchased a copy of FCS 1.5 and installed it. But I don't even see any icon or anything from the Application. Then I try to get the client software. But I don't know what localhostname is.

My computer actually is just a single computer, not connected with any computer. I bought FCS because I have many editors working together, but all of them are not in the same location, and our computers are not connected. Did I do a wrong purchase?

I doubt you'll get an answer here. Perhaps jump to that particular topic thread? you'll have more luck.

(p.s. error codes in FCP are always mysterious.... good luck 😉)
