Not possible.
aww thanks allan.
it just suddently it appear this morning when i woke up. it was not there before this. 😟
Yeah Nixam it's a shame! I don't want that history either! It's just ridiculous!
It's also against privacy because anyone who has access to your phone can see the list which is not even protected by password. Apple need to revise its asap
If you let other people use your phone, you've compromised your own privacy, with regard to the purchase history and everything else that's on it. Nothing to do with Apple. If you don't want people seeing this info, you would need to sign out of your app store account before giving the phone to someone else.
Thanks for the info. Can you tell me how to sign out from my appl store accont?
Another issue comes out with new iCloud service. I found lots removed apps shown on the iDevice purchased history.... And also the UI is quite inconvenient to find out an app especially you have hundreds apps.
It's a history of apps purchased, as titled. If you have removed them, you still purchased them. There is a search facility.
AKRBTN,
It's a much larger issue than that. As I mentioned in another post, your historical purchase information is available to anyone using yourdevice WITHOUT having to enter your Apple ID or Password.
And now, I'm being told that everytime I lend my iPhone or iPad, I amrequire to log out of the store that *I* am required to log IN toanytime I want to do a transaction.
Picture it this way:
The guy who found your ATM card in the wallet you lost can't withdrawmoney, but he can now look at years of your financial transactionswithout even knowing your PIN...
... that IS, of course, unless you call the bank and ask them to block this information EVERY TIME you use your ATM card.
Does this sound convenient to you? Would it be something YOU would want?
Which is exactly what is going on here. Every time I purchase an app, Iam now required to go into the store and log out afterwards...something I NEVER had to do before, because my iTunes account wasprotected by having to enter my Apple ID and password every time.
Unacceptable.

I agree, this is totally unacceptable to allow anyone I let borrow my device see a complete history of my purchases/installs. Poor planning on Apple's part. Please fix this, and soon!!!!
There should be an option to delet apps you dont want a record of. There goes Apple again, dictating how we use their equipment. Just take that new feature out.
I just found this out, too. We have (husband and I) one iTunes account so we can share gift cards, etc. My children have iPods and also share the same account so I can keep track of things. Today I discovered that my children can now see every app ever purchased, as well, on their devices, without having to put in a password. This is NOT a good thing for some kids. Some apps are questionable. Apple really needs to fix this. You should have to sign in in order to see the history, so my kids can't see it.
Hi Hmorgan 13, I am in exactly the same situation. I contacted Apple re this issue - below is my question and their response... Rediculous! This needs to be a priority
My Question to Apple: On the new App Store puchasing history page, I have an Ap called "69 Positions Lite" As this account will be shared with children in my household, having this Adult content listed is not satisafctory. Can you please delete this from my history. I understand if therefore I want this ap again, I will need to repay for it.
Feedback to Apple is - you need on this page a permanent purge so that people can permanently delete their history (and therefore repay if ever requested) apps.
Their Response:
I am sorry to information you that it is not possible to remove the app from your account purchase history as this option is currently not available in iTunes.
I would like to inform you that Apple recognizes that no one is better qualified to provide feedback about iTunes than the people who use it.
I encourage you to use the iTunes Feedback page to submit your comments regarding this so that this feature can be implemented in future:
http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunesapp.html
Your efforts to share your feedback are very much appreciated.
I hope this information has been helpful for you. If you have any questions or require further assistance, just reply to the email and let me know.
Thank you for being a valued iTunes Store customer. Have a great day ahead!
Thank you dps4fx.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks this isn't a safe thing, especially those with children.
Hopefully they will be smart and fix this issue asap.
Good luck!
Just throwing in my two cents....... One of the replies above suggested signing out of the app store to prevent anyone from seeing purchased apps. THIS WORKS!. When someone, whom you may have handed your device to, perhaps a family member, clicks on the purchased apps menu, it asks for an apple ID and password. Now this of course doesn't solve the issue with other devices unless you sign out on those units too. For those that need a little push, here's a quick map. Select Settings> then scroll down to Store> (it doesn't actually say "app store", just "store", click that menu> then click the Apple ID button at the bottom> then SIGN OUT.
That's it! If you now go to the app store, click on Updates, then click on Purchased, you will be greeted with a request for Apple ID and Password. Access denied for prying eyes. Hope this helps until iCloud is launched and allows us to manage our accounts.
