10.3 No 'Download previous purchased' music option

Hi, Downloaded iTunes 10.3 and under my purchased playlist there is an option to Download Previous Purchases which takes me to the iTunes store where there are tabs for Apps and Books but not Music.

Screen shot on Apple's iTunes page clearly shows Music as an option http://www.apple.com/itunes/whats-new/ but I am not seeing it? Anyone else?

My iPhone now shows previous purchases in the App Store but not the iTunes Store although I see online that many people have had this option dynamically added. Is it possibly because I am in the UK (licensing issues perhaps?)

iMac 20, Mac OS X (10.6.6)

The whole thing is strange. I live in Sweden and when my computer crashed a couple of months ago i had no problem getting my purschased music back to the computer. No since ive upgraded to iOS5 and the new itunes i only see apps and books aswell. I dont get it. Does anybody?
