You don't seem to understand. It is not possible for you to legally get the "free" apps to begin with, much less update them. There is no app store serving Iran. Apple does not do business in Iran. NO Apple services are available to residents of Iran.

So long as you are in Iran, you can't. Apple does not do business in Iran. You can not download content from the iTunes or App stores.
