Yes you can. But it will be pixelated in full screen mode. The experience won't be as good either.
I noticed you can only have the same account on 1 device at a time. Are you saying you can make another username for texting on your ipad? Can you use the same e-mail to register as before or to you need to use another e-mail address to register?
I haven't charged my ipad since I got it, 25th. Do I need to drain it first or charge it anytime?
You can charge it anytime.........
I use the same email address on both accounts, I just have different telephone numbers tied to each account.
I don't need a phone # (I use another app for that). Would you make another texting username so you can use 2 devices?
Since both my textfree accounts (iPad/iPhone) have different telephone numbers, I use the same ID and password for both accounts.......
1. what do you mean, the ipad isn't a phone is it other then different apps, is that what you mean?, the textfree+voice app
2. If there are songs, etc or don't want on your ipad or iphone, can't you just select "sync only checked songs & videos"
within the summery tab & check mark the songs you want on each device?
Yes of course the iPad isn't a phone, but Textfree assigns a phone number for texting. I don't know how it works, just that it does as I routinely text from my Textfree account on my iPad and people can text back.
To your second question, you are correct. You check the songs you want to sync to your iPad and choose "sync only checked songs & videos" and that is what you'll see on your iPad.
I have a wifi router question. I have been using a router bought off of Amazon for about 4 years or so. I have noticed when I'm about 20 feet away from it, within the house it drops down the last "dot" of the wifi signal. Does it matter how many devices you have on one password pretected network? (I have 4-5) I'm not that smart when it comes to wifi systems. I have my wifi right next to my cable modem. Would it help changing the "channel" within the advanced menu? Also, I think there is no more firmware updates. Do you think I need to get a better wifi network? LOL
Certainly the more devices you have running from a single router will effect each devices performance. If you are experiencing significant drop off from just 20 feet, it would seem a good time to upgrade your wireless router.
if you bought a game on your iphone do you have to buy the same one again for your ipad?
Nope....once you've bought an app, like a game, it's yours and you can download it to all your iOS devices. Pretty cool, eh? 😉
I started playing "words with friends" yesterday. Do you get a alert on your iPhone/iPad at the sane time if you have 'em both turned on? Can you also receive alerts with eaither device off?
They may not be simultaneous but you will receive alerts on each one. If you turn off the device buy using the red Off slider you will not receive notifications.
I will be traveling with my ipad to michigan for the first time in about 1 week. What do I need to know so I don't be over charged on my data? Do you close out the app once your done using it by doing it through the multitasking tray? (my boss at work told me this, is that right). What else is note worthly
I'm not sure I understand, where are you located now?
