Safari won't let me open the bill pay section of my bank

It's usually the site's webmaster who designs their website and writes the code as to how it can be accessed.

I prefer Firefox for everyday use; however, there are two sites where I have to use Safari because I am unable to pay my bill with FF there. There used to be one site that actually told me that the only browser it supports is Internet Explorer - when I said I can't use it because I have a Mac, they told me to get rid of it and buy a Windows machine. I moved my account instead (it was a bank).

This is similar to another problem I had after a firefox or safari update. I'm sorry i don't remember which one because i use both browsers because different websites appear. I could get to my credit union's website and into my accounts but it would not let me open the bill payment section. The Credit Union Help line suggested that I unblock pop-ups. That worked immediately. Whether this had been a common problem or not, I don't know. That might be something you can try if you can get to other sections of your credit union's website.
