Invalid serial number Lion Upgrade

Anyone else getting "Invalid serial number" when going through the upgrading process at http://www.apple.com/macosx/uptodate ?

My serial number comes up as invalid also. I bought an iMac mid-June, it was a BTO with upgraded processor. From what it sounds like it is a database error, so it should be resolved later on today hopefully.

I spoke to Apple Online Gov't Sales regarding this issue where I recently bought iMacs... I also can't even get the Up-To-Date link to even recognize my serial numbers for the two iMacs I bought on June 21st. Apple Sales was able to verify that my serial number were correct, and are aware that there is an issue with the program not propewrly reconizing them. They said to try back in 24 hours. I told them I had taken the day off specifically to do this redemption and download, and they gave me a $50 credit on the account I bought the computers on. since they gave me the credit, I'll just go ahead and buy the thing in the App store and not worry about the redemption.

I am experiencing this problem as well. New custom order MBPro. I have only had it for a week.

Called business support. They know about the issue. She said I could keep trying throughout the day, but didn't say it would actually work today. She also pointed out I have until August to use the up-to-date program... like I can contain myself that long...
