It will be available on downloads.f5.com when it is released. No word yet on the release date.
Apple released Mac OS X Lion version 10.7 on July 20, 2011. At this time, BIG-IP APM and BIG-IP Edge Gateway offer support for Edge clients installed on Mac OS X Lion in version 10.2.2 with the installation of Hotfix-BIGIP-10.2.2-852.0-HF1. Older versions of BIG-IP APM, BIG-IP Edge Gateway, and all versions of FirePass are currently unable to support Mac Edge Clients running on Mac OS X Lion. F5 Product development is actively working on releasing hotfixes for supported versions of BIG-IP APM, BIG-IP Edge Gateway, and FirePass. This Solution will be updated as new information becomes available.

This hotfix has to to upgrade from F5 server? no hotfix available for client?
The hotfix needs to be applied on the server, the client then downloads it from there
heard that hotfix was relreased yesterday? is it true and is it fix the VPN connection problem?
if yes i will alert the IT dept.
Thank you
My IT department will proabably not apply the hotfix since they only recommend Windows systems 😟 Looks like I have to wait for an official upgrade.
Oh~~It's much to be regretted that's issued for over a week, but there isn't solution from Apple until now.
I've tested various rule by both browser & Big-IP Edge Client, but it's proved that I were wasting time.... >"<
Could any body rescue me~~~ God~!!
Nothing to do with Apple, F5 needs to implement support for Lion in the Big-IP and Firepass.

Nobody forced you to upgrade to Lion 🙂
Your IT department needs to install the hotfix on their FirePass system, then when you connect, it will upgrade your client. The hotfix is available from downloads.f5.com.
Exactly, just hope F5 releases an actual update to their Firepass and not just a hotfix. IT departmetns are much more likely to perform a official update and not necessarily a hotfix.
The Lion fix is a hotfix, not a cumlative hotfix. I'd assume F5 will add it when they release a bigger cumlative hotfix for FirePass.
Anyway, could we just update on client side for resolving the issue?
Or is it really necessary to be supported by IT dept.?
The only way the client gets updated is if the server has the hotfix. Like rsal-ktown said I'm hoping for a cumulative update.
Understood. Thanks a lot for all of your explants.
So... We should push F5 for the cumulative hotfix^^ Go~~~
Not necessarily, it depends on their policy. It may be easier for them to test a single hotfix for one issue like this rather than the multiple ones in a cumlative hotfix (made up of fixes for many different issues). So talk to your IT guys. If there are a lot of Apple users, they may do it sooner rather than later.
