Lion iCal Sync Error

I keep getting this error when I try to set up my MobileMe account with iCal. All other services are working perfectly but my calendar. Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this problem?

The same happens with me: It happens with alle calendars (MobileMe and Google). I already talked to a MobileMe expert via Chat. Now a senior expert will contact me to resolve the issue. Really strange.

I also cannot log into Facetime. I worked perfectly on Snow Leopard.

I have the exact same problem.

Apple Support told me to delete the mobileme account, then recreate it. It works for a short while, and then the running wheel spins forever again. Problem started with Lion.

I hope they work on that presto. Entrusting your calendar to the cloud is a major step -- I rellay don't need a screwed up calendar or missed appointments!

This does seem to work for me. I've had to change the "push" in preferences to "manual". I hit refresh when I first open calendar and it seems to work. Thanks!

This is a big FAIL for Apple Lion and needs an update. I can't sync my iCal with my other Mac at all so having to export iCal on one machine and import the data on my other machine.

Will have to revert back to Snow Leopard. If I do this, will my settings and updated Mail messages be messed up?

I repeatedly deleted and reinstalled the MobileMe account on all devices. It will always work for a while (two syncs or so), then iCal will not sync anymore, not even when refreshing manually.

Bad bug, I guess.
