July 22 @ 10:20 PM. Still having the same issue, no 10.7 core libraries. This is not even the library itself, it's the documentation. It really does not make sense that Apple would be restricting it to OS X developers only, when the code is still accessible to all Xcode users. Hope this gets fixed soon, it is a pain because Xcode keeps trying to download it in the background. I caused my pc to freeze several times due to it.

Is the correct download link. The rssfeed contains both the good link and the bad link however the bad link is listed first and is the one xcode tries to download from. It looks like they added the good link at the bottom of the list after the olderst version, where it is ignored by xcode.

Having the same problem, and it does appear to be related to the bad hostname, pubsbuild.apple.com, that is triggering the failure.

Additionally, the feed XML itself is malformed. There's a double closing </feed> tag at the end, although I suspect that's not relevant to this issue.

That much being said though, the root URL from which all this data is loaded appears to be legit. The problem seems to be bum content in the feed. Unless you really need this documentation now, I'd suggest you give Apple some time to fix the feed rather than point your download to a URL that will become obsolete once the next documentation update comes out.

Just my two cents...
